Building Dreams, One Property at a Time, Your Real Estate Professional is Key

If you are contemplating purchasing, selling, or investing in real estate in Tennessee, it is vital to conduct thorough research for your investment. Furthermore, it is imperative to collaborate with a qualified real estate professional who can assist you in identifying the right property and delivering top-tier professional services.

My journey into the world of real estate began back in 1997 when I purchased my first home in Seattle, Washington. Since then, my passion for real estate has only grown. I officially became a licensed Washington State Broker in 2003 and furthered my knowledge by obtaining a degree in Construction Management in 2008. Shortly thereafter, I delved into real estate investments, eventually transitioning into a full-time real estate professional in 2016.

In 2020, my family relocated to Franklin, Tennessee, through a corporate relocation program. By 2023, I had obtained my Tennessee Real Estate Brokers license. I'm thrilled to announce my partnership with eXp Realty LLC, specializing in residential, investment, and acreage real estate. Drawing from personal experience with corporate relocation, I recently earned the Certified Relocation Professional CRP® certification with eXp Realty LLC.

For 25 years, I honed my skills as a Senior Technologist, specializing in managing large-scale infrastructure environments. My career demanded exceptional attention to detail, overseeing infrastructure, vendors, contracts, and personnel.

As the owner and manager of a real estate investment business, I formulated a strategic plan to capitalize on the explosive real estate opportunities in the Seattle market. Leveraging my expertise as a Washington Real Estate Broker, my extensive network of trade professionals, and my education in construction management, I crafted a business model to harness these skills and talents effectively.

As a Real Estate Project Manager, my responsibilities entailed developing meticulous project plans, with a strong focus on both time and budget management. In the realms of construction and real estate, time is undeniably money. Managing third-party trade resources posed a particular challenge, given the inherent potential for project and schedule changes. The ability to oversee multiple project plans, budgets, and timelines became paramount for success.

In the role of Site Superintendent, I assumed full responsibility for all construction activities, including contract negotiations, budget and financial oversight, and dispute resolution. All on-site operations adhered closely to the predefined project and business plans.
